Out client is a leading multiple-goods retailer backed by a private equity firm. They are quickly expanding and a highly ambitious organization.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role is to oversee and head the Memberships team- acquiring and retaining customers through creating loyalty and retention programs, CRM, lifecycle management, customer experience and insighting.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

Must have minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role handling loyalty and memberships.

Must have experience in crafting loyalty programs from strategy/ ideation and knowing how to successfully execute.

Must have handled a team.

Additionally, an eagerand ambitious leader will be a great candidate for this opportunity.
