Job Description

  • Solution Consulting & Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning the platform's capabilities with their needs. Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical workshops, and use case deep dives to showcase the solution's value.
  • Product Development & Market Fit: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide market feedback, influence the product roadmap, and contribute to feature development that enhances customer adoption and retention.
  • SaaS Expertise & Deployment Strategy: Guide clients on best practices for SaaS implementation, integration, and scalability, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success. Understand multi-tenant SaaS architectures, APIs, cloud deployments, and data security requirements.
  • Proposal Development & Sales Support: Own the creation of tailored proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and business cases, effectively demonstrating the solution's competitive advantage.
  • Proof of Concepts & Pilots: Design and execute POCs and pilot projects, collaborating with technical teams to prove the platform's effectiveness for client use cases.
  • Thought Leadership & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of SaaS industry trends, AI-powered analytics, and regulatory technology innovations. Represent the company at industry events, contribute to competitive analysis, and provide insights on market positioning.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Product Management, or Technical Sales within enterprise software, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, market fit, and SaaS growth strategies. Experience working with AI-driven, analytics-based, or regulatory technology platforms is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead product demonstrations, shape go-to-market strategies, and support sales teams in closing enterprise deals.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in SaaS architectures, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data security best practices.
  • Ideally, familiarity with financial crime prevention solutions (e.g., AML, KYC, CDD, EDD) and regulatory compliance is a plus.
