The Key Responsibilities of the Senior Real Estate Manager:

  • End to end site acquisition
  • Leading/ overseeing a team of Real Estate Officers and Managers
  • Provide the latest market knowledge and competitor details to aid in decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Real Estate Manager must:

  • Have a great track record in handling end to end site acquisition process from generating leads to approval and acquisition
  • Have excellent negotiation and other relevant soft skills
  • Have leadership experience in handling officers
  • Have expertise in the retail real estate market across the country
  • Highly driven and open to a quickly growing & dynamic organization with huge plans for growth and store expansion
