About Our Client

  • Identifying companies with energy efficiency and decarbonization requirements
  • Building infrastructure projects (rooftop systems 10-20 MW)
  • Structuring long-term PPA contracts

Job Description

  • Engage C&I companies exploring cleaner energy solutions and identify where solar projects make commercial sense.
  • Guide clients through potential solar setups, helping them understand feasibility, costs, and long‑term value.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals for rooftop solar projects and related energy solutions.
  • Structure long‑term energy agreements like PPAs and walk clients through the commercial implications.
  • Manage the sales pipeline end‑to‑end, keeping opportunities organized and moving using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with engineering and delivery capabilities.
  • Build relationships across the renewable energy space to open doors, generate leads, and expand market reach.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Lead should have:

  • Existing network to jumpstart lead origination
  • At least 8- 12 years' sales experience in renewable energy (C&I sector)
  • Knowledge of PPA, OLA,DPSA
  • Solid industry knowledge; preferably with engineering background (solar PV/design)
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling (presentations to clients
  • Knowledge of PPA, OLA,DPSA
  • Familiarity with CRM tools / salesforce
  • Resilient, quick learner
