Job Description

  • Establish overall sales & business development strategy for identified accounts in the Philippines.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, process and ensure business delivery & profitability.
  • Responsible for generating revenues through new customer acquisition and positioning the company's enterprise payment solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Present company capabilities, products and services to account key stake holders
  • Advise customers about service delivery, including maintenance agreements and SLA's.
  • Maintain and track competition in the country.
  • Diligently carry the account planning process for all accounts

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development in following areas:ATM switches, Real Time Payments, Payment Gateway, Card Management Services Products, Outsourcing Services, Online commerce/Payment Gateway Services, Other Retail Payment Technology Solutions Fields.
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in Sales and account management leadership preferably in top payments organization.
  • Experience in enterprise selling / solution selling in high growth environment and ability in closing deals with midsize and large companies.
  • Have consistently achieved 90-100 % quota.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value and distinct features of company's Products.
  • Should be Result Oriented, Self-Driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should be a strategic thinker, high on analytical skills, commercial acumen & process oriented.
  • High on Customer Centricity with a strong focus on customer success and building long term relationship.
  • Dynamic sales and business development professional with hands on approach and ability to manage global stakeholders.
