Job Description

  • Generate and qualify leads through field canvassing, referrals, partnerships, events, and digital outreach to build a strong pipeline of potential SME borrowers.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess business needs, present appropriate loan products, and guide clients through the loan application requirements.
  • Collect and submit complete loan application packages, including financial documents and collateral details, for processing by the central team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients after application submission-tracking application status, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating disbursement.
  • Support clients during repayment onboarding, ensuring they understand loan terms, schedules, and processes.
  • Monitor personal sales pipeline performance, tracking leads, conversions, drop-offs, and progress toward loan booking targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor as needed.
