Job Description

  • You will plan and manage a high-volume content plan which includes education, user stories, platform updates or enhancements, operational announcements, and research and market related information. You will also use social media to help maximize digital activities.
  • You will create fresh social content from ideation to execution, including design briefs and reviews.
  • You will regularly share insights from community data and use this to drive your content strategy.
  • You will be responsible for delivering quality, engaging, organic and paid social campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with our partner marketing team. You will also represent social media as a channel for all brand campaign activities.
  • You will work closely with our Client Engagement and Platform teams to communicate messaging effectively and proactively to our community to prevent queries.
  • Your role is to create compelling content while building and engaging a community of investors in the Philippines across multiple platforms. You will be the voice of the brand to convey our casual, conversational, fun personality in your communications within the community.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3 - 5 years social media management experience
  • Content management / project management
  • Paid social advertising on Facebook and Twitter Ads Manager
  • Social media copywriting
  • Design briefs and creative direction feedback
  • Community management
  • Data analysis
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Someone who can take initiative, problem solve, move fast, pivot and create new opportunities.
  • Collaborates well, but also works independently.
  • Someone with a keen eye for creating new and adapting existing content to suit a specific audience and/or medium.
  • A wordsmith who has excellent verbal and written communication. You've mastered press releases, copy writing and long form content.
  • An organized strategic thinker who can lay out a solid plan, but also look for and take advantage of opportunities on the fly.
