About Our Client

My client is a multinational building and construction company who has strong presence in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • The Specifications Manager must be able to identify and develop strong relationships with top architectural and design firms, conduct product training and presentations and develop a comprehensive and tailored fit proposal that meets the Client's needs.
  • Contact potential clients, set up a meeting, and develop persuasive approaches and pitches by providing relevant information and positioning yourself as an expert to persuade them to do business with the company.
  • Identify new leads, track, and secure specifications on key projects.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new product solutions and services.
  • Build, develop and grow a strong project pipeline to support long term business growth
  • Develop and apply technical knowledge to spec work: Advise and provide expert knowledge of products and solutions to customers such as Architects, Designer, Project Managers, and others.
  • Monitor, review, and report the Specifications performances on a monthly basis.
  • A thorough understanding of the company's products and services as well as business position and competition to keep our business competitive
  • Develops annual strategies and approaches in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Team to increase market share.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design

Skills & Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in sales, specifications, or a related field
  • Proven ability and experience in effectively managing multiple relationships and priorities.
  • Business appreciation / market awareness
  • Working knowledge and experience with construction, contracting business
  • Natural ability to build rapport and relationships with members of the architectural and design community, end customers, and understand decision-making processes in order to influence outcomes.
  • Strong work ethic and moral compass, someone who is dedicated to providing excellent service to all of your customers.
  • A self-motivated, confident presenter with strategic thinking and the ability to think on their feet.
  • Ability to manage, set deadlines and prioritize initiatives
  • Experience in using Salesforce
