Job Description

  • P&L responsibility for selected partners or selected market segments in PH, which includes delivery of annual budget and business targets.
  • Develop and drive partnership ecosystem strategy for PH market.
  • Development of annual and quarterly business plans for the partner aligning it with local and regional strategy as well as leadership teams; ensure the re-usability of the technology of the technology we are building to deliver the right products, propositions and service with our partners and customers.
  • Drive the end-to-end partner engagement from proposal development efforts with support of the business development team and other relevant functions to successfully close commercial deals; collaborating with internal stakeholders in the development of go-to-market plans and sales and marketing programs that will support to achieve business goals and revenue targets
  • Drive the technology implementation of our own deals; define milestones with product and technology/engineering and commercial teams and drive on-time implementations together with the partner.
  • Establish and drive account governance weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews, and evolve key priorities in line with the achievement of business performance and opportunities to grow partnership; own the IE sales pipeline management and reporting to internal and partner stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Identify growth and new business opportunities within existing and new accounts inline with PH growth strategy within the IE business.
  • Ensures compliance of partner agreements, and proactively monitor compliance requirements are met as aligned with local market regulations, as well as implementation of the company's strategic account management framework and governance.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis and leads solution development efforts to drive business growth.
  • Manages and resolves any partner issues and/or conflicts by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to partner rules of engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have completed a degree is sales or business management from a reputable university
  • Min. 8-10 years in relationship/key account management, proven sales track record and business development in driving account deals and acquisition
  • Must have relevant industry knowledge and experience in the insurance business.
  • Preferably with deep knowledge of ecosystem development, digital sales channels; existing relationships within eCommerce, banking/FinTech sectors
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in managing large / complex key accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven to drive and influence decisions, leverage on data science capabilities to improve sales performance or recommend changes in strategies.
  • Strong communicator, a critical thinker, understand what the problem statements are and explaining ideas to effectively negotiate and manage customer expectations.
  • Good analytical skills to identify and evaluate customer needs, market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry, as well as understanding of customer's business and market.
  • Good sense of P&L / Pricing / client's commercial needs
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, able to work effectively and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and other cross-functional teams - e.g. sales, marketing and customer service to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational skills and can prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
