Job Description

  • Develop and execute key account strategies to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets for assigned brands and portfolios
  • Manage and grow relationships with major chains/distributors, acting as a trusted partner
  • Lead annual business planning with key accounts, including sales forecasts, joint business plans, and promotional activities
  • Drive listing, availability, and visibility of priority products in target accounts and channels
  • Negotiate and manage commercial terms, contracts, and pricing within company guidelines
  • Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned execution of brand plans and customer programs
  • Track sales performance, account KPIs, and ROI of initiatives; recommend corrective actions where needed
  • Identify new business opportunities, white spaces, and strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint
  • Provide market and competitor insights from key accounts to inform strategy and planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations in all activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of key account management or sales experience in related industries
  • Proven track record in managing and growing strategic accounts (e.g., chains)
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
  • Solid commercial acumen and experience with forecasting, planning, and P&L levers
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly cross-functional environment
  • Willingness to travel within the Philippines as required
