Job Description

  • Accountable for meeting the local Business Field (BF) commercial objectives (Profit & Loss), encompassing sales (in close collaboration with the relevant Area Sales Managers), cost management, and EBIT performance.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure local operations are aligned with regional and global standards.
  • Responsible for developing the local Business Field strategy in alignment with the company's global strategy, as well as the global and regional BF strategies.
  • Accountable for implementing, communicating, and overseeing the execution of the local BF strategy.
  • Lead the implementation and dissemination of corporate, regional, and local QHSE programs and initiatives within the respective business field, stream, or service function, in collaboration with the Managing Director and the QHSE Local Officer.

The Successful Applicant

  • Engineering graduate; Licensed EE or ECE or ME an advantage
  • Preferably with ISO 9001 awareness and exposure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
