Job Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for project intake, coordinating closely with external project managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement standardized systems for tracking projects, ensuring real-time updates on status, risks, and resource utilization.
  • Partner with Industrial Engineering and Production Planning teams to assess factory capacity before approving new project commitments.
  • Prepare and update weekly project status reports for senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, obstacles, and upcoming actions.
  • Analyze project execution workflows to uncover bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to streamline the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
  • Reduce project risks by leveraging historical data to enhance forecasting accuracy and strengthen proactive planning.



The Successful Applicant

  • Filipino citizen willing to relocate to Vietnam
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.



Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies (Plus).
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes such as SMT, Wave, Box-build, and Assembly (Plus).
