Job Description

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify the right problem statement, and the right solutions
  • Advise stakeholders when it comes to prioiritizing the right projects to work on, and the right order to work on these projects
  • Conduct the necessary project planning and risk mitigation with the stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Design and develop projects
  • Steer implementation of the project with the tech/IT/developer teams involved

The Successful Applicant

  • Trained Project Manager, with end-to-end experience
  • Experience in HR, or in rolling out HR Projects
  • PMP certification is a plus
