Job Description

1) Effectively plan and manage product development projects to ensure they are completed on time, meeting all project milestones and deadlines
2) Support the business primarily by leading the delivery of company-wide mission-critical medium to large initiatives.
3) Assist the Chief Product Officer and work with various departments to execute the respective value creation plans, up until successful implementation.
4) Actively involved in senior/consulting project meetings to share relevant research and data to support sound decision-making, including periodic comparison of target achievement, timelines, productivity, and key organizational health indicators.
5) Drive real operating change and generate value in the working environment through active project participation within defined areas, which supports the implementation of various organizational strategies for organizational growth.

The Successful Applicant

● Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field
● Preferably with five years of experience in a related role
● Project management certification is a plus
● Banking/Credit Bureau industry knowledge and experience is desirable
● Distinctive willingness and hunger to learn and grow professionally
● Coachability
● Strong work ethic
● Distinctive sense of ownership and passion for the job
● Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
● Strong project management skills, involving defining and following up on tasks among different work teams (IT, developers)
