Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of supply chain technologies and systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • Educational background in chemical engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using SAP.
  • 10 years of expertise in procurement and supply chain operations within the chemical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management and negotiations.
