Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for HR data management processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across all HR systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline data workflows and reporting.
  • Monitor compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for data quality improvement and process optimization.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on HR data metrics for leadership review.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to HR data inconsistencies or system errors.

The Successful Applicant
