Job Description

The primary focus will be digital transformation, where you will develop groundbreaking ideas and solutions that go beyond market trends. You'll work closely with stakeholders to create a flexible, scalable system that adapts to market demands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap and release timelines.
  • Leading the development squad by providing guidance, recommendations, and technical direction.
  • Proposing innovative ideas and solutions to help the team effectively tackle challenges.
  • Estimating user story backlog size and ensuring it is well-prepared for upcoming sprints.
  • Maintaining high coding standards to align with the team's quality goals.
  • Contributing to the design and development of complex systems and architectures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders within the company.
  • Extensive experience and deep knowledge of backend OOP languages, preferably Node.js or other open-source technologies.
  • Proficiency in querying relational databases such as SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with GitOps environments like ArgoCD, Kubestack, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with automated code deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in container technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in complex systems, with a solid understanding of the latest open API standards and service-oriented architecture.
