Job Description

  • Assist all members of the Commercial Department to ensure they can respond effectively and promptly.
  • Analyse and review information from applicants involved in various sample, claim, and analysis processes, requesting clarification as needed for proper process management.
  • Hold ongoing discussions with Field Technicians to confirm subsequent steps in the process and resolve technical inquiries.
  • Receive materials for analysis and manage their physical shipment to the production centres responsible for testing.
  • Aid field technicians in tracking materials, identifying alternatives, and checking sample status.
  • Prepare periodic reports on samples and claims for the commercial team's review.
  • Monitor the status of sample, analysis, and claim processes at all times.
  • Communicate directly with local Technical Assistance teams at production centres, as well as with R&D and Quality, to expedite samples, analyses, or claims investigations.
  • Understand the processes and systems used for management.
  • Be knowledgeable about products and applications, including their descriptions, coding, and traceability.



Occasional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in product and process sessions, both as a listener and speaker.
  • Provide training on corporate support processes related to samples, analyses, and claims to other employees.
  • Travel to subsidiaries to stay informed about the various products and processes within the Group.
  • May take charge of managing the coding and assignment of products as departmental needs arise.

  • Strong technical experience in the food industry
