Job Description
- Gain a deep understanding of the roles, functions, and organisation fit by working closely with both recruiters and hiring managers
- Establish a cohesive relationship with coordinators and recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline and proactively engaging passive candidates
- Proactively track data-centric updates and talent pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
- Determine fit of potential candidates for their Singapore, Tel Aviv, and London offices through screening resumes and interviewing candidates
- Proactively recommend improvements and initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline

The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of recruitment/sourcing experience with a search firm or an in-house recruiting team
- At least 2+ years of recruitment/sourcing experience in software engineering/software product (Product Managers, Product Designers, Data Scientists, UX Researchers, Content Designer) talent across APAC and EMEA
- Have good experience working alongside hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies
- Good experience in research or sourcing to implement strong search strategies for the company
- Experience in approaching candidates
- Strong ability to work in a team-based environment
- Preferably with experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple technology or product disciplines
- Preferably have experience working with recruiters and hiring partners across different offices
