Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect Solutions: Design comprehensive, end-to-end solutions across various business units, aligning with both current and future objectives. Develop high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) architectural designs from blueprints, leveraging reusable assets.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Partner with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to develop architecture solutions that maximize functionality, reliability, and performance. Guide development teams as a technical authority, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and principles.
  • Innovate and Optimize: Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into solution design to future-proof systems.
  • Evaluate Feasibility: Conduct assessments, analyze gaps, and identify optimal technology stacks to drive strategic decisions.
  • Technical Guidance: Lead development teams through project milestones, ensuring solutions are user-centric, secure, and aligned with business demands.



Key Deliverables

  • Effective Solution Design: Create high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work with Technical PMs, Cloud Engineers, and Software Engineers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the go-to technical expert, overseeing architecture and ensuring standards and best practices are met.

The Successful Applicant

  • Technical Expertise: Strong command of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenShift), microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and enterprise solutions.
  • Hands-On Experience: 5+ years as a Solutions Architect, with a track record of designing and implementing complex, high-performance systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to tackle abstract business challenges, delivering practical and scalable solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts into business objectives and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Background in programming languages (Java, Python, C#) and scalable solution frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, SOA, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, automation tools, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Cybersecurity best practices, including identity management and encryption.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams in agile environments.
