Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes and recommends to Top management the strategic direction, and the specific programs and action plans of the department.
- Takes the lead in preparing the over-all merchandise mix plan, evaluations retail concepts and recommends to Management the acceptable retailers and appropriate lease terms.
- Supervise the Leasing Managers and their respective Account Teams within company guideline and policies.
- Leas in managing the accounts of all key retail groups in the mall
- Supervises the Senior manager in managing the administrative aspects of the department.
The Successful Applicant
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate in the fields of Business Management and/or Entrepreneurship, Sales & Marketing, and other related fields. A Masters degree is an advantage.
- At least fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience in the Mall Development and/or Retail Industries, with Ten (10) years in a senior managerial capacity.
- Knowledge of mall industry leasing practices (local and/or global)
