Test System Development Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:TSD Project Management and Execution:

• Generates project proposals (tester quotes) and communicates these proposals/quotes to internal and external customers.
• Understands the project scope and assigns appropriate resources to each project.
• Monitors top-level project execution through project reviews and provides gate approvals.
• Provides technical inputs and guidance during project execution.
• Participates in meetings with customers and stakeholders to present test solutions and capabilities.

TSD Site Business Management:

• Prepares the annual budget for the TSD site with a strong focus on developing or expanding new business opportunities related to testers.
• Monitors project spending and project P&L.
• Engages in new customer and project development by providing compelling solutions to tester requirements.

Team Development:

• Prepares the manpower plan and engages in hiring activities, demonstrating the ability to identify critical skills and talent among applicants; pursues development and retention plans for engineers.
• Defines training and development activities for the team.
• Conducts performance management and career development coaching for engineers.
• Implements and applies company policies.

Technology Roadmap Development:

• Contributes to the development of the technology roadmap for the company and plans the site's technology strategy and direction.
• Develops industry and academic linkages for technical collaboration.
• Pursues and executes technology roadmap initiatives.
