About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading personal care and beauty brands across the globe looking for a Training & Education Manager to join their retail team.
Job Description
Creating and further developing training strategies for the purpose of achieving goals and KPI's.
Implement and enforce global modules and standards.
Recommendation of best practices relevant to achieving goals.
Work closely with cross- functional teams:
- Marketing team- creating materials for training and other purposes.
- Operations team- keep track of performance, development, grooming etc.
The Successful Applicant
Must have at least 3 years of experience in training or education in the retail space, great to have leadership experience.
Knowledgeable in the personal care and beauty space, great to have a personal affinity to the space.
Excellent communication skills- English & Filipino
A proactive and go-getter attitude
Must be mobile and flexible when multiple branch visits are needed, or events are to take place on weekends etc.
