Job Description

  • Lead O2C transformation, with a particular focus on dispute management, projects to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business improvement.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with organizational vision.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Drive O2C transformation initiatives across multiple clients.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in finance, accountancy, business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience as a leader in Finance transformation, with significant projects related to order-to-cash or accounts receivable process.
  • Open to expats who have been based in the Philippines for the past 3 years.
  • Exhibits strong stakeholder management and executive presence to lead global initiatives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must be amenable to work fully onsite based in Naga City and on a full night shift schedule.
