Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Treasury Manager:

  • Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals, ensuring ongoing development and performance.
  • Supervise timely opening, closing, and migration of all group bank accounts.
  • Manage KYC and due diligence requirements for all banking relationships.
  • Oversee administration of e-banking portals and user maintenance.
  • Review and approve treasury payments, intercompany loan agreements, and reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
  • Enhance and streamline treasury processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor team KPIs and ensure timely reporting of treasury activities.
  • Support and lead treasury projects in collaboration with global teams.
  • Participate in audits and ensure accurate documentation of treasury operations.

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of global treasury experience, with at least 2 years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and compliance.
  • Experience in BPO or Shared Service Centers is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
