Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records of vessel-related financial transactions
  • Process and verify supplier invoices in line with company protocols
  • Respond to vendor queries and coordinate resolutions
  • Review and reconcile vessel accounting reports
  • Conduct account reconciliations and recommend necessary adjustments
  • Prepare financial analyses and supporting documentation
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly closing activities
  • Support budget monitoring efforts in collaboration with fleet and finance teams
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
  • Uphold company standards for health, safety, environmental, and quality systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in financial operations or accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Reliable, structured, and positive in attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Exposure to maritime or logistics industries is a plus
  • Experience in multicultural or international work settings is advantageous
