Job Description

The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for the overall visual presentation of our athletic brand's retail stores. This includes creating and implementing creative and engaging displays that showcase our products in a way that appeals to our target customers. The Visual Merchandising Manager also works closely with the buying team to ensure that our displays are aligned with our marketing and sales strategies.

  • Develop and execute a strategic visual merchandising plan aligned with the company's brand identity, seasonality, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store layouts, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing shopping journey.
  • Create eye-catching and aesthetically pleasing displays that showcase products, promotions, and seasonal themes.
  • Establish and enforce visual merchandising standards, ensuring consistency across all stores.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
  • In-depth knowledge of current retail trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics, enabling the adaptation of visual strategies accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
