Job Description

  • Technology & AI Strategy: Define and execute a roadmap that integrates AI-driven features into our platform to empower entrepreneurs and MSMEs.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.
  • AI & Product Development: Drive the adoption of AI/ML models to enhance business automation, insights, and decision-making for users.
  • Scalability & Performance: Architect and optimize systems to handle growing user demand with high reliability and security.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Business, and Operations teams to align technology with business goals.
  • Team Growth & Development: Attract, mentor, and retain top tech talent, creating an environment that encourages learning and professional growth.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Python and modern software development frameworks.
  • Strong experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to scale tech teams and platforms in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience working with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Passion for business empowerment, with a mindset for building tech that solves real-world problems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
