Job Description

  • Develop, communicate, and implement the vision, mission, and strategic direction for the Food & Beverage (F&B) Division.
  • Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of senior leaders, including directors and managers within the division.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans that align with the overall direction of the F&B Division and its objectives.
  • Ensure the achievement of key strategic goals and profitability targets in line with the organization's business plans.
  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team to meet and exceed executive-level expectations.
  • Oversee daily operations within the F&B division, ensuring alignment with established strategic goals.
  • Assess and evaluate the success and performance of various outlets within the division.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, expansion opportunities, and market shifts.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required by senior leadership.
  • Maintain the integrity and high standards of F&B quality guidelines across the division.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the culinary and F&B areas.
  • Support pre-opening setup as needed and perform other related functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP of F&B should have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in F&B operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Come from an integrated resort or international hospitality (hotels, resorts, cruise) background
  • Exposure in both culinary and service segment
  • Experience in P&L data, menu development, food costing, and food presentation
  • Knowledge in global cuisines (specifically, International and Asian Cuisine), culinary trends, and F&B innovations
