  • Ensure that recruitment and sourcing campaigns achieve their operational objectives
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team
  • Lead high-impact initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and market positioning
  • Ensure that recruitment strategies are optimized for industry specific needs and client requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Operations should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Operations or Talent Acquisition
  • Proven experience managing high-level operational functions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop senior management teams
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
