Job Description

This role combines deep leadership and software development experience. With focus in improving customer experience, this role will be pivotal in supporting the growth of the digital bank services.

  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, both tech and non-tech and including Executives
  • Manage and grow a technology team, which will entail building and maintaining a high-performance engineering culture
  • Develop and execute relevant strategies and plans for workforce management and employee engagement
  • Own the budget and financials for the team, rationalize cost of delivery to keep the cost structure competitive and fair
  • Develop software improvement which will be deployed at a regional level

The Successful Applicant

Our successful VP of Tech should have:

  • Extensive experience in IT Leadership roles, focus in application / software development as a core skill
  • Background from the banking/financial services industry is a plus, but open to all industry
  • Strong Leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving-skills to address complex IT challenges in a fast-paced environment
