This role will play a critical part in strengthening our logistics capabilities, improving delivery performance, managing third-party logistics providers (3PL), leading warehouse transition projects, and driving continuous operational improvements to support business growth.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics & Warehousing Operations

  • Lead overall logistics and warehousing operations in the Philippines.
  • Manage third-party warehouse providers (3PL) and transportation partners.
  • Monitor inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery performance.
  • Establish and improve logistics processes, operational standards, and performance metrics.



Transportation & Distribution

  • Oversee nationwide transportation and distribution activities.
  • Improve delivery fulfillment, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize logistics resources, routes, and operating costs.



Importation & Customs Clearance

  • Manage importation and customs clearance activities.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping partners.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine customs and trade regulations.
  • Minimize shipment delays, demurrage, detention, and clearance-related issues.



Warehouse Migration & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead warehouse migration and logistics improvement projects.
  • Drive operational efficiency, service level enhancement, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity during operational changes.



Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Establish performance management programs for logistics service providers.
  • Conduct regular supplier reviews and service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business requirements and customer expectations.



Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the local logistics team.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PL).
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Experience in importation, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail, or Distribution industries.
  • Experience leading warehouse migration or logistics transformation projects.
  • Experience managing nationwide distribution operations within the Philippines.
