Our client is a fast-growing retail company in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Manages all warehouse activities: receiving, storage and order fulfilment
  • Ensures that stock losses/inventory variances are properly reconciled/accounted for
  • Works closely with store management in meeting delivery requirements
  • Closely monitors team performance and immediately addresses gaps
  • Regularly prepares and submits performance reports and other management reports

The Successful Applicant

  • Supply chain or warehouse distribution expertise, preferably of a retail company
  • 3PL management, inventory management
  • Leadership and people management skills, ability to optimize team performance and development
