Job Description

ISF Performance Coaching & Support

  • Ensures understanding and appreciation of the career path and its importance in the attainment of company goals
  • Guides and supports Independent Sellers to improve their performance to attain sales goals and personal fulfillment through coaching, mentoring, goal setting, providing, recommending, and reinforcing momentum and strategic planning on sales, recruitment, people development (Red Jacket, DIQ) via conduct of field/digital development activities (guest events, unit meetings, new market penetration etc.)
  • Supports Independent Sellers by implementing sales education and promotional programs of the company effectively

ISF Compliance:

  • Helps reinforce and promote positive professional and ethical problem-solving approaches, and ensures implementations of sales and recruitment programs are compliant with company policies
  • Helps deal with issues/ concerns by bridging gaps between independent sales force and company with strictest confidentiality and helps foster a positive environment among Independent Sellers in his/her assigned region
  • Responsible for new Directors in Qualification application process by assessing their attitude, skills, and performance and submission for approval.

Admin & Support:

  • Conduct trainings in the absence of the certified Sales Director mentors as need arises and conducts train the trainers sessions
  • Addresses queries on products, promotions, programs, and career path
  • Plans and prepares field execution of programs for training and events, education and contributes to the completion of other articles for Applause and SD Memo, posters and other communication materials as needed
  • Analyzes results and prepares monthly reports for submission and update to Department head and Senior Management on a regular basis and other respective departments on issues and feedback from the field for appropriate action
  • Participates in the budget planning process of sales programs and events and manages expenses in her area to comply with company spending and reporting guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Sales Development Specialist must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or any related course
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in direct selling or with a relevant field sales background
  • Good written & oral communication
  • Computer literate
