A dedicated account management team was assigned to the client to ensure the recruitment campaign would be successfully managed. Over 380 positions across Asia Pacific were successfully recruited for technology and generalist (marketing, finance, customer service and administration) professionals.
Expansion of sales team with on-site support
Our client is the global leader in implantable hearing solutions and with market presence in 35 countries. As a relatively new brand in India, our client was looking to expand aggressively in the market by growing their sales team and hiring 20-30 mid-level sales managers across India.
We placed an on-site consultant to understand the company and position the brand to candidates. A holistic hiring approach was adopted where we helped to map available talent in each geography and arrange exploratory interviews to better convert high potential but passive candidates. We also worked end to end, from assisting with initial screenings to offer management.
Set up shared services centre with on-site support
Hire 120 employees over the 18-month project duration for the client’s regional shared services centre (SSC) in Malaysia. The client was based in the chemical industry, and needed internal HR support across the full recruitment cycle.
We created an internal account team, and had two dedicated consultants on-site managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Building a software development centre
A UK-based global investment bank recently established a software development center in Guangzhou and needed assistance with transferring their Global Banking and Markets IT functions from UK to China and India. A total of 700 new employees needed to placed, and we focused on hiring for a prioritized list of 80+ jobs, ranging from junior software engineers through to senior architect/project managers.
We created an internal account team including an account director, manager, senior consultant and 3 specialist consultants. The project team provided weekly reporting and regular check-in calls with HR in UK, Hong Kong and China.
