The Head of Finance is expected to lead the finance function of a diversified multinational business operating across manufacturing, wholesale retail, and professional services. The role will serve as a key business partner to senior management, driving financial performance, governance, planning, and operational decision-making.

The company is a diversified organisation operating across manufacturing, wholesale retail, and services. Office is based in Biñan, Laguna.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the company's finance, accounting, taxation, and credit & collections functions.
  • Act as the primary finance business partner to global senior leadership, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business performance management.
  • Develop, guide, and strengthen finance team members while ensuring effective controls, governance, and decision-making across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must be:Required

  • CPA with at least 5 years of experience in senior finance leadership, finance management, business controllership, or similar positions
  • Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and SAP ERP
  • Proven people management, leadership, and decision-making capabilities and experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and leaders
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required

Preferred

  • CTT certification
  • Regional or multinational company exposure
  • Background in diversified, industrial, manufacturing, wholesale retail, or services environments
