Job Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Partner with managers to identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and data management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Partner should have:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 7-10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a field-facing or operational HR role
  • Solid experience as HR generalist or HR Business Partner, with field-facing or frontline leadership experience
  • Has working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and local employment laws.
  • Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes
