This role leads standardization, process excellence, and technology-enabled transformation in a hybrid morning‑shift setup based in Mandaluyong.
This role supports and maintains finance ERP systems (Workday), resolving complex issues, managing integrations, security, reporting, and supporting month‑end and year‑end financial close activities. It also involves independent problem‑solving, user training, change management, and testing to ensure stable, efficient, and continuously improving finance systems.
