Job Description

  • Manage the accounts payable team to ensure efficient processing of invoices and payments.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Review and approve payment runs and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for the accounts payable function.
  • Prepare and present accounts payable reports to senior management.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and documentation.
  • Support audits by providing necessary records and information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP Supervisor should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 years experience in accounts payable management within the business services industry.
  • 2+ years experience in supervisory
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
