The AU Mortgage Processor role will be based in BGC, Taguig, within a growing operations hub focused on delivering high-quality mortgage processing and financial services.

Job Description

The AU Mortgage Processor will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage end-to-end residential mortgage applications from lodgement to settlement
  • Collect, assess, and validate loan documentation
  • Perform compliance and serviceability checks
  • Liaise with Australian lenders and brokers for application progression
  • Handle valuation ordering and follow-ups
  • Process settlements and ensure readiness of all requirements
  • Utilise tools such as ApplyOnline, lender portals, and CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure service quality standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of AU (or NZ) mortgage processing experience
  • Proven end-to-end loan processing capability
  • Familiarity with ApplyOnline and lender portals
  • Strong knowledge of serviceability assessment and valuation processes
  • Experience using mortgage CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong document management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple applications efficiently
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination

The AU Mortgage Processor role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₱30000 to ₱40000, along with an allowance package. The position operates on a day shift schedule (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM), ideal for work-life balance. Successful candidates will initially work onsite in BGC, Taguig for training, with an opportunity to transition to a hybrid setup based on performance.
