Job Description

  • Develop and implement employee relations and labor relations strategies to support organisational objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on labour laws, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Handle employee grievances and conduct investigations to resolve workplace issues.
  • Foster effective communication between employees and management to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures related to ER and LR.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and promote employee engagement.
  • Lead the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.
  • Monitor and analyse workplace trends to recommend proactive HR solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in human resources, particularly in employee and labour relations within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations in the Philippines.
  • Experience in managing employee grievances and conducting workplace investigations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven approach with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
