  • Lead the intake and evaluation of automation opportunities within the Finance organization
  • Assess and prioritize automation initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment
  • Translate finance processes into scalable automation solutions using existing platforms
  • Partner with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and automation specialists to drive delivery
  • Oversee automation implementation timelines and ensure alignment with governance frameworks
  • Support the development of business cases for automation projects
  • Identify opportunities to transition low-code tools into more strategic solutions
  • Contribute to AI-driven initiatives within finance automation

The Successful Applicant

A Successful AVP for Finance Automation

  • Years of experience with strong exposure to finance systems and automation initiatives
  • Strong background in management accounting or core finance functions
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into system or automation solutions
  • Background in intelligent automation, process automation, or finance transformation
  • Familiarity with low-code and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, IPA platforms) is a plus but not required
  • Strong understanding of finance data flows, systems, and reporting architectures
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across finance and technology
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
