Job Description

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and branding initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate the execution of annual marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, and customer-facing channels.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable campaign briefs and marketing requirements.
  • Support initiatives that enhance customer engagement, brand awareness, and loyalty.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyse consumer trends, market activity, and competitor movements to identify opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Marketing Specialist should have:

  • A relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, campaign execution, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, customer engagement, and market insights.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
