Job Description

As the Business Development Head, you will:

  • Develop and execute the overall business development strategy.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with corporations, NGOs, government agencies, and financial institutions.
  • Drive expansion opportunities across the Philippines.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor business development performance metrics and provide regular updates to executive leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Head should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate strategy.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership or people management capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience securing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with a passion for social impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
