Job Description

1. Product Execution & Performance

  • Own day-to-day performance of assigned lending products (e.g., term loans, salary-linked lending).
  • Monitor KPIs: disbursement volumes, conversion rates, yield, and delinquency.
  • Implement funnel improvements (offer logic, booking, disbursement).



2. Digital Enablement & Process Optimization

  • Partner with Tech and Data teams to enhance digital onboarding and underwriting processes.
  • Support automation initiatives and CRM signal integration for better customer journeys.



3. Portfolio Health & Risk Alignment

  • Track product-level portfolio health and escalate early warning signals.
  • Work with Risk and Collections to implement scorecards and remediation strategies.



4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure product-market fit and campaign success.
  • Prepare product performance reports for Lending Business Head and internal stakeholders.



5. Team Contribution

  • Mentor junior analysts or specialists within the lending tribe.
  • Contribute to capability-building initiatives and knowledge sharing.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years experience in lending or fintech, with exposure to digital products
  • Familiarity with credit risk principles and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to manage product performance and implement process improvements
