Job Description

  • Lead the execution and management of traditional media campaigns, ensuring alignment with operational goals and timelines.
  • Oversee and coordinate with third-party integrators to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaign installations.
  • Collaborate closely with retail partners to address operational requirements, concerns, and on-site campaign implementation needs.
  • Ensure all campaign installations meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on campaign performance and execution for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on content adaptation, revisions, and campaign updates to support execution requirements.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and printers to ensure timely production and delivery of campaign materials.
  • Support the Operations Manager in administrative and operational tasks, including budgeting, performance monitoring, and process improvements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Campaigns Officer should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing marketing campaigns within the Media & Agency industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
