  • Revamp Sales & Sales Operations
  • Oversee sales governance, reporting and executive level stakeholder management
  • Relaunch and improve Platinum customer relationships
  • Excellent at Sales Management (Unblock, empower and accelerate team success)
  • Drives Sales Plan for 2027-2030 and beyond

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in commercial or transaction banking OR Tech Sales (focused on FSI) or Fintech (C-level)
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
