With a growing portfolio of wind, solar, and energy storage projects across Southeast Asia, the company is driving the development of large-scale clean energy infrastructure throughout the region.Job DescriptionLead all civil engineering activities for utility-scale wind farm projects in the Philippines.Review, validate, and manage engineering designs for roads, drainage systems, bridges, culverts, jetties, and wind turbine foundations.Oversee site investigations including topographical surveys, geotechnical studies, hydrology assessments, and flood risk evaluations.Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Manage civil engineering inputs during project development, permitting, tendering, and construction stages.Supervise on-site execution of civil works, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and engineering standards.Oversee jetty construction and upgrades to support transportation and installation of wind turbine components.Review transportation routes, bridge capacities, logistics studies, and heavy haul requirements for wind turbine delivery.Monitor project schedules, contractor performance, and construction productivity.Manage civil engineering budgets, CAPEX inputs, cost estimates, and contractor claims.Prepare technical reports, project progress updates, and risk assessments.Collaborate with regional engineering leaders based in Singapore and Southeast Asia to support project execution.The Successful ApplicantA successful Civil Engineering Manager should have:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.PRC Licensed Civil Engineer.5 to 10 years of experience delivering wind energy projects.Strong experience overseeing civil infrastructure including roads, drainage systems, bridges, and foundations.Demonstrated experience supporting the construction, upgrade, or management of port or jetty infrastructure.Experience reviewing engineering designs and managing contractors during construction phases.Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, site development, and civil construction methodologies.Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and contractor performance.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, QGIS, Google Earth, and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Renewable energy experience is essential.Experience from oil and gas projects alone will not be considered.Open to locally based professionals and returning Filipino talent.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from PHP 225,000 to PHP 350,000Permanent employment opportunityBenefits to be determined and discussed during the hiring process.This is a great chance to advance your career in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
