Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, from opportunity identification through to project delivery and implementation.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted adviser on strategic business initiatives.
  • Develop analytical frameworks, conduct data-driven assessments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee multiple project workstreams, ensuring quality delivery, timeline adherence, and achievement of business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, risk, operations, marketing, and commercial functions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client performance, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Create scalable methodologies, tools, and best-practice frameworks that support future consulting engagements.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and knowledge-sharing across teams while contributing to organisational capability development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Consulting and Analytics Manager should have:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder and client relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience translating data into business insights.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in cross-functional or matrix environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business performance drivers.
