The company is a fast-growing fintech and digital banking group. Office is based in Taguig City.

Job Description

  • Support fundraising, corporate development, partnership, and M&A initiatives
  • Prepare financial performance reports and business updates for investors and stakeholders
  • Maintain financial models for forecasting, valuation, and unit economics analysis
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support strategic projects

The Successful Applicant

Non-negotiables / Required

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Financial Advisory, or similar roles
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Experience preparing financial reports and presentations
  • Strong finance and accounting knowledge
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative and growth-oriented mindset



Good-to-haves / Preferred

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • CFA qualification or candidature
  • Financial modelling experience
  • Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, M&A, or corporate structuring
